Peer Review Process

All manuscript receiving by editors will be checked to be of quality standards of Nano and Micro Scale Science and Technology Journal. Then there will be a peer review before it is published. Assessment will be performed for originality, validity and significance to help editors determine whether the manuscript should be published in this journal.

Nano and Micro Scale Science and Technology is using a single-blind peer-review system, where the reviewers are aware of the names and affiliations of the authors, but the reviewer reports provided to authors are anonymous.

 

The peer-review process is:

  1. Submission: Author submits manuscript to journal.
  2. Initial Screening: Editor checks for relevance, originality, and adherence to guidelines.
  3. Peer Review: Editor sends manuscript to expert reviewers for evaluation.

🔹 Accept as is → Goes to Final Decision

🔹 Minor/Major Revisions Needed → Sent back to the author for revisions

🔹 Rejected → Ends the process (author may submit elsewhere)

 

  1. Revision & Resubmission: Author revises manuscript and submits again
  2. Second Review: The revised manuscript is sent back to the original reviewers for further evaluation
  3. Final Decision: Editor makes a final acceptance or rejection decision.
  4. Publication: If accepted, manuscript is formatted and published.
